Toady we dedicate our ambassador of the week post to the incredible, always-reliable and nature-loving colleage, Stephany Garcia!  Stephany is a biological sciences major  so she shows her resilience day in and day out in some very demanding courses; this is an example of her Bearcat pride, taking on challenging classes and actually doing your best to succeed in them. As a student orientation leader, Stephany was a reliable partner with her attendance and effort and often times going above and beyond her call of of duty to make sure our incoming students had all the information and resources they need to get acclimated to the college lifestyle. Stephany and actually share a few things in common! We are both first-generation Hispanic college students, both  of us consider psychology our favorite courses  and we both play instruments!  I am so proud of Stephany for being true to her values, which she displays in and out of the classroom; and having her on our team has made us better because we've learned from each other and today we are better because of it. So today we acknowledge someone who is kind, dedicated and always willing to do the right thing. Give it up for Stephany! :)
