Hello family! I hope you're all doing good today! And to all of my fellow students I want to wish you a solid end of fall semester! I don't have a long, elaborate post for you all today but I just wanted to share some steps I've taken to reduce general anxiety! Amongst these steps is therapy! Counseling is free to all UC Blue Ash students so if you need a free space to vent and hear feedback from a trustworthy therapist, wait no longer and schedule an appointment with any one of our counselors! Additionally, keeping a diary of your day to day activities keeps track of your growth, no matter how small it may be! Along with that, meditation is super cool! Take 15-30 minutes with relaxing music playing in the background and take deep breaths as you get in tune with your thoughts and emotions! Lets remember how important our mental health is and lets get to work to prioritize it! Have a great weekend!
