Hello everyone and welcome to this week's reflection post! If you're reading this, I hope that you're well and motivated! I want to acknowledge the current state of the country we call home and the anxiety around the presidential election. Let us remember that no matter who you voted for, it is a beautiful thing that more people have participated in this election that any other in our history. It is heartwarming to see our democracy at work where every vote is counted. Despite our differences, whatever they may be, lets come together as Americans bound together by the ideals that make us the greatest democracy the world has ever known. Republican, Democrat, black, white, hispanic... our hearts beat as one. Remember this when you're talking to your family, friends, neighbors and strangers of different walks of life. As always, love yourself, be brave and be kind.
