This final blog post is dedicated to the idea of leadership. From my perspective, the ability to lead is innate meaning that it's intangible. However, the result of proper leadership brings about tangible benefits. I believe that our mission is to identify our greatest abilities and share them with the world. While we put those abilities to good use, we can also work on areas of lives where we're deficient. There is power in learning and growing where you never imagined you could. Ultimately, leadership means to serve others but we must remember to build a solid foundation within us before we do so. One lit candle can light another candle. It's sort of a domino effect. Light your inner fire and shine bright. Always.
