Hello citizens of the world and welcome to this edition of my weekly blog update! I am so happy to say that academically I am in pretty solid standing! All of the productive habits I developed as a first year have definitely been paying off. My history course is actually a bit challenging. Being tasked with reading two books that speak on the early settlers and early American history has been entertaining because I'm actually learning quite a bit; beyond this, I must also write a response for each chapter of books. BUT I HAVE AN A IN THE CLASS! Because as an exemplary student, I take pride in my intelligence and apply it thoroughly to all of my course, usually ending in hard-earned academic success. Addionally, myself and my ambassador colleagues are coordinations with our directors to begin our mentorship part of the program and continue our mission to support our new students in every way possible. I will take this semester week by and week and really enjoy the experience while we serve our purpose and support other students doing the same.
